Habersham’s six-court pickleball plan still lacks a documented path to construction

Habersham County’s proposed six-court pickleball complex remains without a documented route to construction five years after commissioners unanimously authorized staff on Aug. 16, 2021, to seek bids for its design and construction and pursue grant funding. That completed commission action did not identify where the courts would be built, who would build them, how much they would cost or when residents could expect them to open.
