Habersham’s ARC Planning Grant Bid Was Still Missing Key Details Before Deadline

Habersham County’s effort to seek Appalachian Regional Commission support for strategic-plan work was still unfinished when staff updated commissioners at their Feb. 13, 2025 regular meeting. Staff said the pre-application needed narratives and goals from Charlie before the March 11 submission deadline, describing an application in progress rather than a completed request for funding.
