Habersham’s proposed use of Baldwin fire-training site still has no documented outcome

More than a year after Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider an agreement allowing county fire services to use the City of Baldwin’s training facility, the proposal’s outcome remains undocumented. The county’s Feb. 17, 2025 Board of Commissioners agenda listed the item for consideration and possible approval, but the cited agenda does not show whether commissioners acted on it.
