Habersham development authority’s outdated bylaws remain unresolved after commission discussion

Habersham County’s Industrial Development Authority bylaws remained unresolved after County Attorney Donnie Hunt told commissioners at an April 17, 2023 work session that the rules were outdated and would need to be amended and resubmitted. The meeting minutes record the discussion, but not a revised bylaw package, commission action or vote.
