Habersham Airport Drops Self-Service Jet A as Pump Trouble Raises Access Questions

Habersham County Airport removed its self-service Jet A fueling option because of pump issues, according to an airport report presented at the county’s Oct. 12, 2023 regular meeting. The report listed full-service Jet A at $5.74 per gallon and said Mr. Hall had taken the self-service option out of use. For aircraft operators accustomed to fueling without staff assistance, the change made full service the documented option at the airport.
