Habersham Airport Flags Fuel-Farm Drainage Problem, but No Fix Is on Record

Habersham County airport officials identified a drainage concern around the airport’s fuel-farm area at their Feb. 13, 2024 meeting, saying rainwater collects in a sump that must be pumped after storms and cannot function as a containment area. Phil said he would return with more information, but the meeting record does not show officials adopting a drainage plan or authorizing work.
