Habersham airport board rejects longer World Fuel contract

Habersham County’s airport governing body unanimously rejected World Fuel’s request to add two years to its contract on Nov. 12, 2024, declining to convert the agreement from a three-year term to a five-year one. Lawrence Bridges moved to deny the request, Justin Schapansky seconded it, and the board voted 4-0, according to approved meeting minutes.
