Habersham airport considered keeping World Fuel after fuel incident

Habersham County airport officials discussed renewing their contract with World Fuel at the airport’s Sept. 14, 2023 regular meeting, even as they addressed a fuel incident involving the supplier. The approved minutes say the contract was expected to come up for renewal at the beginning of October and record a staff recommendation to continue the relationship, but they do not show that a renewal was approved or signed.
