Habersham schools board recognizes Fred Holbrooks with Pioneers in Education Award

At its December meeting, the Habersham County Board of Education recognized Fred Holbrooks as this year's Pioneers in Education Award recipient. Superintendent Franklin celebrated Holbrooks for twenty years of dedicated service to Habersham County Schools.
