Habersham airport approved DBE task order, but future contract rules remain unclear

Habersham County Airport officials unanimously approved a task order for a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, or DBE, plan at their Sept. 14, 2023 regular meeting, taking an official step toward meeting Federal Aviation Administration requirements for larger federally funded airport work. The approved minutes record the vote but do not identify an upcoming airport contract or project to which the task order will apply.
