Family Promise Tax-Exemption Request Remains Unresolved in Habersham County

Family Promise of White County’s request to have Habersham County parcel 040-157 treated as exempt from property taxes for 2025 remains unresolved in the public record. At its June 10, 2025 meeting, the Habersham County Board of Assessors received the nonprofit’s application as staff recommended denial, but the minutes do not record a vote, approval, denial or other final disposition.
