Habersham Development Authority’s Proposed Rule Changes Remain Unresolved

A proposed update to the Habersham County Development Authority’s operating rules and business-park covenants remains without a documented resolution. At its Jan. 5, 2023 regular meeting, the authority discussed revisions to both sets of documents, expected drafts within weeks and put the estimated cost at $3,500 to $4,000. The minutes, however, do not record a final vote or approval of revised bylaws or covenants.
