Habersham Development Authority approved broker search, but no hire is documented

Habersham County’s Development Authority unanimously approved issuing a bid or request for qualifications for commercial realtors or listing agents to market and promote its property at its Aug. 10, 2023, regular meeting. The action put a formal broker-services search before the authority, but the meeting minutes do not name a successful broker or show that a brokerage contract was awarded.
