Habersham Development Authority Leaves Bylaw and Business-Park Rule Updates Unresolved

The Habersham County Development Authority postponed consideration of legal expenses for proposed revisions to its bylaws and the covenants governing its business park at its Dec. 1, 2022 regular meeting. Members reached a consensus to table the expense item after staff reported consulting with a local attorney and said the authority needed a cost estimate before deciding whether to proceed.
