Habersham appeals board rejects Luthi’s 2025 homestead exemption

Habersham County’s Board of Appeals unanimously denied Bryon Mitchell Luthi’s request for a homestead exemption for the 2025 tax year at its March 25, 2025, meeting. The board approved the denial after a motion and second, closing the exemption request that was before the panel.
