Habersham conservation-use tax action remains unclear after board motion

Habersham County’s board considered 2023 Conservation Use Valuation Assessment applications for properties over 10 acres at its July 24, 2023 meeting, where Commissioner Bill Terry moved to approve the new applications recommended by appraisal staff and Commissioner Michael Larson seconded.
