The Habersham County Board of Tax Assessors voted unanimously to deny a Conservation Use Valuation Assessment (CUVA) application from Bunya Real Estate Investments, filed under the Family Farms/LLC category, following a recommendation from the county attorney.
At the same July 8 meeting, the board approved the remaining 2025 Family Farms/LLC CUVA applications, which had been recommended for approval by the county attorney and appraisal staff.
