Habersham Venue Proposal Leaves Rural-Road Safeguards Undecided

Habersham County commissioners considered a conditional-use request from William Visi to operate an event venue at 1261 Preacher Campbell Road, a 22.2-acre farm-winery property where outdoor or tented weddings and other social gatherings could draw up to 50 guests. In the February 15, 2021 meeting minutes, the proposal was discussed alongside questions about a single-lane driveway and how vehicles would enter and leave the rural site.
