Habersham swim-lesson instructor deal still lacks a recorded board decision

More than a year after the Habersham County Board of Commissioners listed a proposed agreement with Amy Hood to provide semi-private and group swim lessons through Parks and Recreation, the public record described here still does not show whether the board approved, changed, delayed or rejected the arrangement. The proposal appeared on the commissioners’ July 21, 2025 meeting agenda.
