Habersham’s proposed Axon safety contract still lacks a recorded outcome

Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider a contract with Axon for animal control officer safety equipment and support at their Aug. 21, 2023 regular meeting. Nearly three years later, the agenda item remains the documented public milestone: it shows the proposal reached the Board of Commissioners, but not what the board ultimately did with it.
