Habersham board rejects Double Bridge Road welding-shop request in split vote

Habersham County commissioners voted 3–2 on Jan. 16, 2024, to deny Mark Hagen’s conditional-use application to operate a small welding shop at 1651 Double Bridge Road. Draft minutes say the board approved a motion to deny CU-24-01, with Commissioners Tench and Palmer dissenting.
