Clarkesville Recycling Center compactor installation removes safety hazard

A Habersham County Board of Commissioners capital needs document on the Clarkesville Recycling Center states that installation of two self-contained compactors has eliminated the use of metal steps, which posed a safety risk especially for elderly and handicapped citizens who visit the center.
