Baldwin moves permit and inspection work to outside company, leaving terms undisclosed

Baldwin had hired a new outside company to handle permits and inspections by its March 3, 2022 regular meeting, Charlie Fiveash reported to city officials. Fiveash said the change was intended to make both functions more efficient; he also reported that the city had issued Mr. Higgins a building permit to begin construction on his building.
