Habersham assessors weigh clearer paper trail for homestead-tax applications

Habersham County’s Board of Assessors on Jan. 25, 2023, discussed changing its 2023 homestead-exemption applicant spreadsheet to show which employee accepted each application and which employee reviewed it.
