Habersham authority advances Pad 10 site work, but final deal remains undisclosed

The Habersham Development Authority unanimously selected HD Construction of Lincolnton for grading and drainage work at HBP Pad 10 during its Sept. 27, 2023 special called meeting. The authority also authorized Charlie Fiveash to negotiate with the company and execute a contract under RFP #2024-02, moving the identified development pad toward site preparation while leaving the final deal out of public view.
