Habersham County’s Kroger Opioid-Settlement Decision Remains Unresolved

Habersham County commissioners were scheduled to consider on July 15, 2024 whether to authorize the board chairman to sign documents needed for the county to participate in the national opioid settlement with Kroger as a subdivision of Georgia. The public agenda records the proposed authorization, but not what commissioners did with it.
