Habersham locks Chamber site into proposed 99-year Ethicon lease

Habersham County commissioners unanimously approved entering a new agreement with Ethicon on April 7, 2022, extending to 99 years the lease for property used by the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce. The action came in a motion recorded in the county’s approved meeting minutes, which also noted that the Chamber intended to build a new building in the future.
