Tallulah Falls tower-site lease left without a recorded commission outcome

Habersham County commissioners placed a proposed land-lease agreement for the Tallulah Falls tower site on their Feb. 20, 2023 regular-meeting agenda, naming Irvin Family Investments, L.L.L.P. as the proposed lessor. The agenda called for the board to consider and approve the agreement, but it contains no recorded vote, amendment, rejection or other final action.
