Habersham assessors uphold denial of Holbrooks conservation-use tax application

Habersham County’s Board of Assessors unanimously upheld the denial of the Holbrooks’ application for the 2023 Conservation Use Valuation Assessment program during its May 22, 2023 meeting. The board approved a motion, made by Denise York after review of applications marked with eligibility concerns, to place the Holbrooks application on the denial listing and affirm appraisal staff’s recommended rejection.
