The Board of Commissioners' September 15 agenda listed an at-large appointment to the Board of Elections and Registration for the seat held by Kathy Nicholson, whose term was set to expire September 30, 2025.
At that same meeting, commissioners voted unanimously 5-0 to appoint Scott Stilkenboom to fill the seat left vacant by Nicholson's term expiration.
