Habersham panel lets undersized Center Hill tract retain agricultural zoning

Habersham County’s Planning Commission unanimously approved a variance in May 2023 allowing Rick Wood’s recently split 2.19-acre tract at 133 Center Hill Ln. to remain zoned AG—Agriculture. The action, identified as V-23-05 and tied to Map 109 Parcel 179, followed a motion by Commissioner Mike Van Winkle and a second by Commissioner Derick Canupp.
