Habersham shifts Pad 10 site-work burden to buyer in revised business-park sale

Habersham’s governing body unanimously approved revised terms for the Airport Business Park’s Pad 10 purchase contract on July 13, 2023, changing the deal to cover 3.83 acres at $45,000 per acre and assigning permitting and grading work to the buyer.
