Habersham airport hangar site moves to bidding, but construction remains unapproved

Habersham County’s Airport Commission unanimously recommended on July 11, 2022, that Lead Edge Design Group be allowed to seek bids for preparing and paving a hangar site at the county airport. The vote moved the proposed work into the bidding stage, where the county could solicit contractor interest and pricing, rather than selecting a company to build the project.
