Airport tenant challenges wording that could end future lease-renewal rights

A Habersham County airport tenant publicly challenged lease-renewal language at the county’s Sept. 10, 2024 regular meeting, saying a county letter and response form appeared to tell him that accepting an additional five-year ground-lease term would leave him without another opportunity to renew later.
