Habersham Airport Business Park Still Lacks a Settled Plan for Shared-Service Bills

Habersham County officials urged owners and tenants at the county’s airport business park to form an owners’ association for streetlights, utility bills and other shared-area needs during a May 4, 2023 meeting. The proposal put a formal structure on the table for services used across the park, but the meeting record does not show that an association was subsequently created or that responsibility for the bills changed hands.
