By mid-March, the board was told the 2026 digest growth figures: 2.35% under the "Realis" measure and 0.57% inflationary growth.
In May, the board reviewed preliminary before-and-after digest ratios presented by staff.
On May 26, the Board of Tax Assessors voted unanimously to approve sending out the 2026 assessment notices on May 29, with the digest reflecting a 3% increase in real property and a 2% increase in personal property.
