On October 16, 2025, the Franklin Springs City Council approved a sign application at 1234 E Main Street for Callie Inc., submitted by Summit Location, on a motion by Bill Bell, seconded by Tommy Pritchett.
On November 20, 2025, the council took up rescinding that sign application and voted to rescind the approval it had granted Summit Locations the previous month, on a motion by Josh Walden, seconded by Tom Wilson.
