Franklin Springs Takes Control of Oliver Road, but Wastewater Plant Remains Unresolved

Franklin Springs City Council accepted Franklin County’s deed for abandoned Oliver Road on March 11, 2025, giving the city control of a route officials said would be needed to reach and maintain a wastewater treatment facility if one is built.
