Franklin Springs downtown authority seat remains unresolved in public record

A Franklin Springs City Council motion to appoint Marla Brawner to the city’s Downtown Development Authority remains unresolved in the public account more than two years later. The June 20, 2024 council-minutes excerpt identifies Bill Bell as making the motion, but it does not say whether council members voted, approved the appointment or took another action.
