Franklin Springs approves state-required GIRMA resolution on PTSD and cancer policy

Franklin Springs City Council approved a GIRMA resolution concerning PTSD and cancer policy at its Jan. 16, 2025 meeting, taking the formal action the minutes describe as required by the State of Georgia. Council member Tom Wilson made the motion, Bill Bell seconded it, and the motion carried.
