Franklin Springs approves 100-acre Gast/Bryant tract without stating its purpose
Franklin Springs officials approved the approximately 100-acre Gast/Bryant Property within the city limits at a called meeting Oct. 29, 2025, according to the city’s published minutes. Bill Bell made the motion, Tommy Pritchett seconded it and the motion carried.
