Building inspection fees appeared on the Franklin Springs City Council's agenda in February and again in March 2026.
At its March 19 meeting, the City Council approved a fee of $250 for each building inspection charged to builders and contractors. Councilman Wilson made the motion, Councilman Pritchett seconded, and it carried.
