Franklin County board to consider variance for undersized home floor area on Hwy 320

An agenda for the Franklin County Planning Commission lists a request from Nancy Hernandez, applicant and property owner of a roughly 1.11-acre Rural Residential parcel at 7291 Hwy 320, for a variance to the county's Unified Development Code dimensional requirements to allow 737 square feet of heated floor area instead of the required 800 square feet.
