Commissioners hear complaint of property damage, encroachment during Walmart Fulfillment Center construction

At a Franklin County Board of Commissioners meeting, a resident raised a complaint about damage to her property, including fence damage and road encroachment, connected to construction of the Walmart Fulfillment Center. She told the board her property was encroached upon and damaged without her knowledge or consent.
