State proposes 279-ton yearly cap on NOx emissions from combustion turbine stacks

Georgia's Environmental Protection Division has proposed a draft permit condition capping combined nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from the facility's combustion turbine and duct burner stacks. The draft sets a rolling twelve-month limit of 279 tons, with the condition triggered if any twelve consecutive months of combined emissions exceed that total.
