Franklin County IBA’s PROPEL grant plans remain short on public detail

Franklin County’s Industrial Building Authority confirmed at its Nov. 6, 2024 meeting that it had been awarded a PROPEL grant and intended to begin organizing the associated project in January 2025 through a steering committee and a subcommittee. The preliminary minutes identify Tonya Powers as delivering the confirmation, but leave the underlying project largely undefined.
