Franklin County IBA Clears Path for Possible Litigation Over CUVA Records

The Franklin County Industrial Building Authority unanimously authorized necessary action, including possible litigation, on May 1, 2024, to address Conservation Use Value Assessment breach records at the Tax Commissioner’s office. The vote opened the door to a court case or other response, but it did not itself create or identify a lawsuit.
