Franklin County IBA approves 2026 budget without disclosing spending plan

The Franklin County Industrial Building Authority unanimously approved a fiscal 2026 budget at its Aug. 6, 2025 meeting, completing a financial decision that will guide the authority’s work in the coming year. Preliminary meeting minutes record that Powers presented the proposed budget, Mayor Umbehant moved to approve it after Mayor Moore requested a motion, and Mayor Wallce seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
