State regulator receives buffer variance request for Valhalla streambank project
The Georgia Environmental Protection Division's Watershed Protection Branch has issued a public notice saying it received an application for a variance, submitted under state environmental law, covering streambank stabilization at the Valhalla Golf Course and Resort at Innsbruck in Helen/White County. The application covers 4,960 square feet and 325 linear feet of buffer area.
