Demorest DDA Approved Holden Oversoul Farm Lease, but Public Terms Remain Unclear

Demorest’s Downtown Development Authority unanimously approved an item identified as the Holden Oversoul Farm Lease at its Feb. 27, 2024 meeting, according to the authority’s signed minutes.
